Apartman ima 3 sobe, 2 kupaonice, kuhinju i veliku natkrivenu terasu. Parking za 2 auta. Zaklonjen mediteranski vrt sa zelenom živicom od nara i visokog oleandera. Plaža ispod kuće se proteže cijelom obalom a pješčana uvala je udaljena 3 min hoda. Turistički sadržaji (tenis, fitness u moru, mini golf, masaža..) u obližnjem otvorenom hotelskom kompleksu. Affittiamo il piano terra della nostra casa – un ampio appartamento perfetto per famiglie e amici. L’appartamento dispone di 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni, cucina e un’ampia terrazza coperta. Parcheggio per 2 auto. Giardino mediterraneo riparato con siepe verde di melograno e oleandro alto. La spiaggia si estende lungo tutta la costa proprio sotto casa, mentre una baia sabbiosa si trova a soli 3 minuti a piedi. Servizi turistici (tennis, fitness in mare, mini golf, massaggi…) disponibili nel vicino complesso alberghiero all’aperto. Foto aggiuntive su richiesta. Una foto vale più di mille parole!

WELCOME to Petrčane, a Dalmatian village just 8 km from the city of Zadar! An ideal vacation in peace and greenery. We rent the ground floor of our house – a spacious apartment perfect for families and friends. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a large covered terrace. Parking for 2 cars. A sheltered Mediterranean garden with a green hedge of pomegranate and tall oleander. The beach stretches along the entire coastline just below the house, and a sandy cove is only a 3-minute walk away. Tourist facilities (tennis, sea fitness, mini golf, massage, etc.) are available in the nearby open hotel complex. Additional photos available on request. A picture is worth a thousand words!

HERZLICH WILLKOMMEN in Petrčane, einem dalmatinischen Ort, nur 8 km von der Stadt Zadar entfernt! Ein idealer Urlaubsort in Ruhe und Grün. Wir vermieten das Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses – eine große Wohnung, ideal für Familie und Freunde. Die Wohnung verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, eine Küche und eine große überdachte Terrasse. Parkplatz für 2 Autos. Ein geschützter mediterraner Garten mit einer grünen Hecke aus Granatapfel und hohem Oleander. Der Strand erstreckt sich entlang der gesamten Küste direkt unterhalb des Hauses, und eine Sandbucht ist nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt.
